I’m an online merchant or social commerce merchant with no company registration. Can I use GB Prime Pay services?
Yes, you can. GB Prime Pay serves any kind of merchant entity from corporates to companies, SMEs and individuals.
Is there any cost of registration or initial setup fee?
We do not charge any registration fee nor initial setup fee. We only charge as per transaction fees.
If a merchant has no website, what other services can GB Prime Pay provide?
We can provide our services to online merchants that has no website.Merchant can create payment link (GB link) via GB’s mobile application or GB’s website and share the link to their customers View GenLink No website is needed.

How do I sign-up for GB Prime Pay services?

How does GB Prime Pay process for merchant approval?
We follow a process of verifying merchant’s information according to the laws and common standards.
What are the required documents for applying GB Prime Pay services?
For company
- Copy of Business Registration Company and Certificate (Six months updated)- Copy of Certificate of Vat/Tax (Pho Pho 20) (if any)
- Copy of house registration of authorized person who signs on agreement.
- Copy of ID of authorized person for Thai or Copy of Passport and Work permit for foreigner
- Copy of house registration of authorized person who signs on agreement for Sole Proprietor
- Company’s map (Same address as Business Registration)
- Sample of Home Page, Company Information, Product Image, Product/Service
- Company logo or trademark
- Copy of company’s bank account
- Additional documents for specific industry that required licensed/certification such as certification for cosmetic, certification for travel agency
For individual
- Copy of ID of authorized person for Thai or Copy of Passport and Work permit for foreigner- Copy of Certificate of Vat/Tax (Pho Pho 20) (if any)
- Copy of house registration of authorized person
- Sample of Home Page, Company Information, Product Image, Product/Service
- Description with transaction currency, and Payment Confirmation Page
- Copy of bank account (account name must be same as other documents)
- logo or trademark
- Additional documents for specific industry that required licensed/certification such as certification for cosmetic, certification for travel agency
What should I input for “Ref code” when I make a registration?
You can leave “Ref code” blank.
What does the status of each transaction mean?
When a customer makes payment (credit card transaction), the status will show “Authorized”, and then when the time reach 20.00 PM. (BKK Time) the transaction status will change to “Settled” “Authorized” means that transaction is successful, and a credit line has been approved.“Settled” means that GB Prime Pay has collected the money from customer.
Can a Merchant cancel the payment transaction? And how?
Credit/Debit Card, Installemt, WechatPay transactions are cancellable by using GB Prime Pay's website or
1.2 Refund : can execute anytime (transaction status is “Settled”). The time for processing a refund is up to the Card Issuer.
1.1 Void : is order cancellation, merchant must proceed void within the same day as the transaction (before 20.00 PM. BKK Time, transaction status “Authorized”) the order will immediately be cancelled, no fees involved.
1.2 Refund : can execute anytime (transaction status is “Settled”). The time for processing a refund is up to the Card Issuer.
2. Cash payment transaction (QR Code, Bill Payment) is non-refundable
Can Merchants make partially refund?
Yes, you can.
What is PIN code for? And how do I get my PIN code?
PIN code is a 6 digits password for order cancellation confirmation. You will be requested to setup your PIN code at the first time when you tried to execute a transaction cancellation.

How is/are your service fees?
We charge a service fee as per transaction. Service fees depend on type of payment such as Credit/Debit card payment gateway, installment, QR code and WechatPay. It also depends on type and merchant’s business as well. For more information please Contact Us
Can I received my money real-time?
No, GB Prime Pay will transfer money to merchants on the agreement date.
How does transfer due work?
Merchant shall receive the money according to the date which is shown in your profile page.
Is there any transfer fee?
There are 2 scenarios regarding transfer fee
Total transfer amount Less than 50,000 THB, GB Prime Pay will charge a transfer fee of 20 THB Total transfer amount More than 50,000 THB and GB Prime Pay will waive the transfer feeExample 1
Merchant A Transfer day is Tuesday Merchant A has 2 payment transactions which are Saturday transaction of 4,000 THB and Sunday transaction of 10,000 THB Total transfer amount of merchant A = (4,000 + 10,000) = 14,000 THB, GB Prime Pay will transfer money to Merchant A on Tuesday in amount of 14,000 – 20 = 13,980 THBExample 2
Merchant B Transfer day is Tuesday Merchant B has 2 payment transaction which are Saturday transaction of 30,000 THB and Sunday transaction of 40,000 THB Total transfer amount of merchant B = (30,000 + 40,000) = 70,000 THB, GB Prime Pay will transfer money to Merchant B on Tuesday in amount of 70,000 THB (transfer fee waive)Remark: the examples above are not subject to transaction fee.
Can I change my transfer day?
Yes, you can change your transfer day to suit your business, please contact our staff for more information please Contact Us
Why is my balance not settled on the transfer day, is there any minimum transfer amount?
The minimum transfer amount is 100 THB, once your balance reaches 100 THB, GB Prime Pay will transfer money to the merchant on the next transfer day.
What should I do if I forget my password?
Can merchants create sub-account(s) for another staff?
GB Prime Pay provides sub-role (account). Merchant can create sub-roles for each staff according to

Technical Help
How do I get my public key and secret key
Once a merchant account is approved, GB Prime Pay will send public key and secret key to merchant via e-mail. If merchant does not receive an e-mail, please contact [email protected] or Contact Us
How do I get my token (customer key)?
Merchant can get token (customer key) from Profile page (website version). Once you login, please go to profile > scroll down > press gen token button
How do I use UAT for integration testing?
Please contact [email protected] for providing test account.
Is there any requirement for connecting APIs with GB Prime Pay?
Please make sure that all connections are secure with SSL (https)
